- Wrong product(s) arrived. Void if the seal is broken.
- Products received less than ordered.
Returns for Refund
- Clear manufacturing defect found on the product received.
- Wrong product(s) arrived. Void if the seal is broken.
- Products received less than ordered.
- Products requiring replacement but discontinued its production at present.
Returns NOT accepted in any of the following cases
- Change of mind after shipping.
- Product(s) damaged during transit: Contact the liable Delivery Service Provider.
- Digital products.
How to submit your Request for Return
- Request for Return must be made within 14 days from the time of receipt.
- Specify your Recipient name, Ship-to address and Order Number.
- Attach an evidence to support your claim either in .JPG, .PNG or .PDF.

As an fyi, Webtoonshop Inc. serves all bank holidays declared in the Republic of Korea. Please be little more patient if the responding time to answer your inquiry delays for a day or two longer than you expected.
